We accept exchanges for eligible products under the following conditions:

- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for exchange unless defective.
Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible.
